May {Fitness} Incentive Program

Throughout the month of May, receive points for participating in healthy events and activities. Complete as many cards as possible, and enter to win one of our fabulous prizes on May 31!

  • 1 pt | Relax in the zen room, get a massage, or purchase from Juice Bros
  • 2 pts | Complete a personal workout, squadron PT, or PT test
  • 3 pts | Take a fitness class, sports lesson, or 30-min personal training session
  • 4 pts | F.I.P. class, varsity/intramural sport, or 60-min personal training session
  • 5 pts | Participation in May Fitness Event

Keep an eye out for the once-a-month workshop on our Facebook page! Powerlifting, body building, figure, and general self-improvement. Workshops provide information and guidance, improve your knowledge, and help you make connections for everyday training!

Coming soon - no experience necessary! Join us in the social and fun sport of lacrosse… unless it's game on, then feel free to let your more competitive streak shine!
