We provide MOT/SVA testing and custom mechanic services for minor tune-ups, oil changes and light conversions, tire changing, battery charging, welding, electronic engine analyses and brake drum and rotor cutting. We’ll even take care of your hazardous waste, oil/anti-freeze or battery.
Offering 13 bays, nine with vehicle lifts, one motorcycle lift, a broad selection of

In Accordance With Lakenheath Instruction(LAKI) 31-102 (Traffic Supervision) the below procedures are required to be followed in order to place your POV on the Resale lot:
Selling of all POV’s will be completed in designated areas/Resale Lot (Commissary parking lot, see image above). Selling of POV’s is not permitted in a public parking lot.
NOTE: Vehicles that are parked in the Resale Lot for sale and have not been registered IAW with procedures in LAKI 31-102 Para 126.96.36.199., may be towed or clamped at the owner’s expense.
To register a vehicle for sale you must provide the following documentation to the Auto Hobby Complex:
Current MOT (cannot expire during the period of advertisement)
Current V5 in your name
Proof of current insurance
Applicable space rental monetary fees. ($20 per month)
Completed agreement from the Auto Hobby Complex to remain in front windscreen while the vehicle is on the resale lot.

Facilities and equipment are available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis. We have 6 lift stalls, 2 flat stalls, tools, reference materials and free WiFi, storage, and a car wash for when you’ve finished the job! The last DIY sign-in is 60 mins before closing.
Inside the DIY shop, you’ll get a $1,000 roll-around toolbox to use in each bay, and specialty tools available at the counter. We will be here to provide CD ROM repair manuals and a helping hand to help find a fix for you. We also host regular classes to help beginners learn the basics of car repair/maintenance – call us now for details.
Our car washes and vacuums are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
We accept dollars and have a change machine on the wall outside of the main shop.

All vehicles imported to the UK must have a light conversion prior to being inspected or it will not pass the inspection. Depending on the design of the car by the manufacturer some of the items required are already in place. Items not meeting standards must be altered. Auto Hobby has you covered!
