**All volunteers must be 16 or older & adhere to COVID screening procedures/complete a questionnaire before entry into the building.
1. Answer no to all questions on the questionnaire and show no symptoms upon arrival
2. Have a temperature less than 38 degrees Celsius or 100.3 degrees Fahrenheit (we will take temperatures before entry to the building)
3. Have a proper cloth face mask.
Mailbox Holding and Authorization
If you’re a deployed service member, quarantined, or a spouse of a deployed member, you have the option to place your mailbox in a hold status using a DD Form 2258, Temporary Mail Disposition Instructions, or by e-mailing our organizational box at
Additionally, you may authorize an individual to collect mail on your behalf by completing the PS Form 3801, Standing Delivery Order, see attached and return to our org box for processing.” Note: Standing delivery Orders are limited to a six month time frame.
