Attention Customers

In our efforts to maximize customer service, we have established a call tree for the post office. Customers can now call 01638 523548 to reach specific sections within the post office to better assist your needs. Our old number will still be in service, it will ring directly to our Customer Service section, phone option #2.


The United States Postal Service’s (USPS) handwritten declaration form(s) are phasing out and will no longer be accepted starting Thursday, September 3 2020. To comply with the new USPS mandate, see the below two options.

Until further notice, overseas military post offices will continue to accept hand-written customs declaration forms. Customs form completed online via the USPS website are still accepted also. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Option 1: Customer Login/Registration

Use the USPS Click-N-Ship feature by visiting Create a free account, complete your customs declaration form(s) and pay for your packages using one of several USPS approved credit cards.

Option 2: Guest Sign In

You can also print a customs declaration form on without creating an account. Pay at the Outbound Mail window when presenting your package(s) for mailing out at

What are we doing for you?

We will have two Click-N-Ship kiosks located in our Outbound Mail lobby with step-by-step instructions to better assist you with this process

*Please note when choosing a shipping date from the list provided, the date chosen must be the same date you mail out your package(s). Otherwise, you will be required to complete a new online customs form(s).

Wanting To Volunteer?

We will begin accepting volunteers starting 31 AUGUST 2020.

Why?: Give back to the base community and assist Post Office

All volunteers *must* be 16 or older & adhere to COVID screening procedures/complete a questionnaire before entry into the building.
1.) Answer no to all questions on the questionnaire and show no symptoms upon arrival
2.) Have a temperature less than 38 degrees Celsius or 100.3 degrees Fahrenheit (we will take temperatures before entry to the building)
3.) Have a proper cloth face mask.

No more than 4 volunteers per time slot are permitted.

Covid Update

Mailbox Holding and Authorization

If you’re a deployed service member, quarantined, or a spouse of a deployed member, you have the option to place your mailbox in a hold status using a DD Form 2258, Temporary Mail Disposition Instructions, or by e-mailing our organizational box at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Please include: name, box number and reason for hold.

Additionally, you may authorize an individual to collect mail on your behalf by completing the PS Form 3801, Standing Delivery Order, see attached and return to our org box for processing.” Note: Standing delivery Orders are limited to a six month time frame.

Proper completion of the PS Form 3801:
1. Customer will put a start and end date at the top of the form
2. Name and Address of customer
3. Date submitted
4. Signature and title of person authorized to sign (Generally the customer comes to our customer service window to sign in from of one of our clerks). This might be our biggest challenge since not all dependents have a way to print the form, sign and send it back to our organizational email address.
5. Telephone number
6. Under Agent Name they will print the individual that will pick up their mail. *That individual must present a valid ID at the window when picking up mail*
7. Restricted delivery and Adult signature Restricted Delivery must be checked if they allow the authorized individual to pick up accountable mail and sign for the items

Sponsors can email our Customer Service team at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with a copy of orders of who they are sponsoring to obtain a mailing address to avoid a visit to the Post Office. Once received the Customer Service team will email the sponsor with the individuals mailing address. Please notify members who are being sponsored that we are unable to give out their mailbox combination until they in-process with the Post Office upon arrival.

All services are closed on all federal holidays, family days, and goal days.
