Eagles' Landing - Community Event Center have several rooms to pick from to best fit your event.

• The Ballroom • 3,074 sq. feet
• The Battle of Britain Room • 900 sq. feet
• The East Anglia Room • 1,071 sq. feet

There are two types of functions: official and private. Official functions do not include set-up/tear-down/clean-up and are not subject to facilty usage fees; private functions are subject to facility usage fees.

Before proceeding, please note that fees are only applicable to private functions.

Weekday bookings are classed as events between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. There is no minimum-hour booking for these reservations.

• Ballroom (including bar area) • $15 per hour
  
• Battle of Britain Room • $10 per hour
  
• East Anglia Room • $10 per hour

Evenings & Weekends bookings are classed as Monday to Friday after 5pm, Saturdays, and Sundays. There is a minimum-hour booking of three hours.

• Ballroom (including bar area) • $50 per hour 
• Battle of Britain Room • $25 per hour
• East Anglia Room • $25 per hour

Hosting an event that is longer than 6 hours? Our new Full-day Rate is up to a maximum of $300 per day.

3. Our staff will contact you regarding availability for your event, notification of any applicable fees, and inquire on additional preferences.
4. Pay your deposit.
