Developing the right mindset is really crucial to succeed in anything. Every situation presents its own unique challenges. The AF has changed and continues to evolve; the future of the AF remains with those who perpetually stay attuned with changes and adapt the right mindset. On the personal side, holding the belief that people are born with a set of skills and abilities that do not change is far from the truth. This class is about dispelling the popular marching mantra of "fake-it-till-you-make-it" mentality. Embrace new reality, and change our mindsets.
