This workshop is open to the target audience of E1 to E4. We will focus on writing better reports and include examples of both good and bad submissions. We will be following general/advanced information applicable to all performance reports. This class will provide you with the tools you can use to prepare more effective reports. Performance reports are the only means through which raters communicate with central selection board members. We want to make sure we identify our top performers and clearly document their outstanding efforts. This class will assist you with achieving that goal.
