May Incentive Program

May is all about fitness!

Are you a fitness fanatic? Or are you someone who needs a little more motivation? Either way, we've got some great news! The Fitness Center is offering ways to get active, have fun, and WIN PRIZES! Pick up your May Incentive Program cards at either RAFL or RAFM Fitness Center and get points for each fitness activity you complete! The more points you have, the more likely you are to win!

Wondering how to get started?

It's easy! 

Start by getting your May Incentive Program cards at either RAFL or RAFM Fitness Center. Then start collecting points according to the following point scale:

  • 1 point • Purchase a Massage or Food from the Fitness Center
  • 2 points • Do a personal Workout, Squadron PT, or a PT test
  • 3 points • Take a fitness class, a sports lesson, or complete a 30 minute personal trainer session.
  • 4 points • Take an F.I.P. class, participate in a varsity or intramural sport, or complete a 60 minute personal trainer session.
  • 5 points • Participate in any May Fitness Event including the 7-hour Squadron Run or an activity at the Health and Wellness Outdoor Fit Fair.

The 7-hour Squadron run is happening May 12! Deadline to register is 9pm on May 9.

Now there are even more ways to earn points!

The Fitness Center is teaming up with RAF Lakenheath Outdoor Recreation to bring you even more reasons to get active! During the month of May, book a trip or hike with ODR and get points on your Incentive card!

  • 2 points • e-Bike Vineyard
  • 3 points • Horseback Trek
  • 4 points • HotM: White Cliffs of Dover or Caving
