This 2 hour foundation class will teach you the essential components for your focus during your practice. Instructors will guide you through:
• Focusing on the core, breathing and combining breath with movement.
• Ideal techniques for stretching.
• Differences and similarities of the practices.
• Tools for physical improvement by improving posture, functional movement & mobility.
• How the discussed practices improve mental health and emotional release.
This class is for everyone; as the practices all promote doing what is right for you during any given time on the mat, without judgement or competition!
